SLEEPER SOFA by ROWE in Catskill, Greene County, New York

YOU ARE PURCHASING A SLEEPER SOFA FROM THE ROWE COMPANY. This sleeper sofa is in excellent condition and rarely used, has been protectively covered since I’ve owned it. It has no tears, rips, stains or dis-coloration, it is a deep olive green. Sofa measures 30”H X 36”D X 80W mattress measures 60”W X 70”L X 4”D. I have indicated that it is 90+ pounds. I obviously don’t have a scale to weigh it, but it is very heavy. It has re-moveable seat and back cushions. The seat cushions have re-moveable covers.
